About Me

Perhaps I should say a little of myself by way of introduction. At the time of writing this I am 53, nearly 54. I have been married for just over thirty years, we have two grown children. Most of my life, except for a short interlude, has been in employed in agriculture in one form or another. My current job is as a multi drop delivery driver for a North Yorkshire agricultural supply company. As such I have the privilege of seeing some of Yorkshire’s beautiful countryside on a regular basis. On the down side I sometimes have to drive in places that were designed for a horse and cart, this is often “exciting” for want of a better polite word. I am trying to write fiction and have published one book “The Way In”. I intend using this space to talk about my writing but I will also use it to comment on the things I see in my daily work and the thoughts that occur to me as I drive.
